We add your organization in Google Play within 1 business day and email you the moment it is done.

Assign apps to devices
The apps appear in your managed Google Play. Your admin assigns them to devices from the Google Admin console (Apps → Web and mobile apps).

Second app half price. Terms that fit school budgets.
Both apps together are $225.00 a building instead of $300.00. Every license runs through June 30; order on or after April 1 and the entire following school year is included. And a single-app order caps at $1,200.00 total, no matter how many buildings.

How do renewals work?
Nothing renews automatically. Each spring we email one invoice for everything on your account, running through the next June 30. Pay it and your licenses continue.
What does adding the other app mid-year cost?
Exactly what it would have cost up front — you pay the difference, and both apps renew together on the same June 30.
Where do we find our Google organization ID?
Google Workspace schools: it is your Customer ID at admin.google.com under Account → Account settings → Profile (it looks like C03az79cb). Schools on Intune, Mosyle, or another device-management tool: it is the Organization ID in that tool's managed Google Play settings. The listings are private, so this ID is how the apps appear for your school.
How do we get the iPad editions?
Puppet Pals 2 and Book Builder for iPad are purchased through Apple School Manager, not here. The deployment guides list the exact App Store listing to buy so your IT team can do it in minutes.
