We add your organization in Google Play within 1 business day and email you the moment it is done.

Assign apps to devices
The apps appear in your managed Google Play. Chromebooks: Devices → Chrome → Apps & extensions → Users & browsers → Add from Google Play, then Allow install (not Force install). Android tablets: Apps → Web and mobile apps.

Prefer Allow install over Force install
Force-installing a large APK can delay first login. Set Installation policy to Allow install.

4 GB RAM / 32 GB storage
Google recommends devices with at least 4 GB RAM and 32 GB storage for Android apps on ChromeOS.

In ephemeral mode the APK re-downloads every sign-in.

First app full price. Each extra half off.
One Android/Chromebook School Edition is $150.00 a site; two are $225.00; all three (Puppet Pals, Puppet Pals 2, and Book Builder) are $300.00. At 10+ sites the same rule uses the volume first-app price: $120.00 / $180.00 / $240.00 per site. There is no separate bundle SKU. Licenses run through 30 June; order on or after 1 April and the following year is included. A single-app order caps at $1,200.00 total, no matter how many sites.

How do renewals work?
Nothing renews automatically. Licenses run through 30 June — Polished Play's renewal date. We email one invoice for everything on your account; pay it and your licenses continue.
What does adding another app mid-year cost?
Exactly what it would have cost up front — you pay the difference, and every licensed app renews together through the same 30 June.
Where do we find our Google organization ID?
Google Workspace schools: it is your Customer ID at admin.google.com under Account → Account settings → Profile (it looks like C03az79cb). Schools on Intune, Mosyle, or another device-management tool: it is the Organization ID in that tool's managed Google Play settings. The listings are private, so this ID is how the apps appear for your school.
How do we get the iPad editions?
iPad School Editions are purchased through Apple School Manager, not this form. The deployment guide lists the exact App Store listing to buy so your IT team can do it in minutes.
