No Data Collection

Book Builder does not collect, store, or transmit ANY information from users.

This means:

• We do not use any analytics or tracking services
• We do not collect any personal information
• We do not store any user-created content on our servers
• We do not track user behavior or app usage
• We do not collect device information or technical data
• We do not use cookies or similar tracking technologies

iCloud Storage

Book Builder uses Apple's iCloud service to store and sync your created books across your devices. This storage:

• Is managed entirely by Apple through your personal iCloud account
• Is secured by Apple's privacy and security standards
• Is not accessible to PolishedPlay or any third parties
• Follows Apple's iCloud Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
• Can be controlled through your device's iCloud settings
• Allows your books to sync across your Apple devices automatically

We have no access to your iCloud data or the content of your books stored there.

Your Creative Content

All books, stories, drawings, and creative content you create in Book Builder:

• Remain completely private and under your control
• Are stored in your personal iCloud account (if enabled)
• Are never transmitted to our servers
• Cannot be accessed by PolishedPlay or any third parties
• Are protected by Apple's iCloud security and encryption
• Can be managed through your device's iCloud settings

Third-Party Services

Book Builder does not integrate with any third-party analytics platforms or external APIs that could collect user information. The only third-party service involved is Apple's iCloud, which is used for secure storage of your creative content and is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

Children's Privacy

Book Builder is designed for children and provides the highest level of privacy protection. We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Since we collect no data whatsoever, there are no privacy concerns regarding children's information. All creative content is stored securely in the user's personal iCloud account.

Data Security

Since Book Builder collects no user data, there are minimal security concerns from our end. Your creative content is protected by Apple's industry-leading iCloud security measures, including end-to-end encryption for many data types. We have no access to your personal content stored in iCloud.

Changes to This Policy

If we ever change our data collection practices, we will update this privacy policy and notify users through the app stores before implementing any changes. Currently, and for the foreseeable future, we remain committed to collecting no user data.
