Built for two. Good for three.
Perch is a small, friendly board for the people doing the work—not the people reporting on it. Capture what matters, move it forward, and leave the ceremony behind.

Drag a card on your phone and it moves on your laptop. The whole workspace stays live without a refresh button or a sync ritual.
Finished work archives itself each week, then Perch sends a quiet Sunday digest of what your tiny team actually shipped.
Why we built it
We kept reaching for the big trackers and bouncing off them. Not because they are bad, but because they assume someone is paid to keep them tidy. On a team of two, every field is a small tax on the work itself.
So Perch keeps the pieces that earn their place: a board, a handful of projects, comments when something needs discussing, and images because half of what we track is something we just saw.
We use it every day to build the other things on this site.

The practical bits
If yours is not here, send us a note. There is a real person on the other side.
Teams small enough that everyone already knows what everyone is doing—you just need somewhere to put it down. Two or three people, a founder and a contractor, or a side project with a friend.
The web app works in any modern browser. Native apps for iPhone, iPad, and Mac are coming soon, all sharing the same live workspace.
Your tasks are visible only to people in your workspace. Perch does not run behavioral analytics, show ads, or sell your data.
On a tiny team, a due date is often a wish. A board full of overdue wishes becomes a board you stop opening. What is in progress right now turned out to be the more useful question.
